Проаналізовано методології проектного менеджменту щодо місця, яке займає в них стратегічне управління. З цих позицій розглянуто стандартизовані, адаптивні та комбіновані методології управління проектами та програмами (PMBoK, P2M, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile). Окрему увагу приділено дослідженню впливу зовнішнього середовища на складну нелінійну систему з точки зору синергетичного підходу. В основній частині пояснюються наявні тенденції розширення сфери застосування проектного менеджменту та процесів інтеграції управління проектами з сучасними методами й інструментами інших управлінських дисциплін з точки зору теорії синергетики. Продемонстровано застосування методу Ейлера до визначення зони біфуркацій при стратегічному управлінні розвитком міста як складною нелінійною системою.
Проанализированы методологии проектного менеджмента о месте, которое занимает в них стратегическое управление. С этих позиций рассмотрены стандартизированные, адаптивные и комбинированные методологии управления проектами и программами (PMBoK, P2M, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile). Особое внимание уделено исследованию влияния внешней среды на сложную нелинейную систему с точки зрения синергетического подхода. В основной части раскрываются имеющиеся тенденции расширения сферы применения проектного менеджмента и процессов интеграции управления проектами с современными методами и инструментами других управленческих дисциплин с точки зрения теории синергетики. Продемонстрировано применение метода Эйлера к определению зоны бифуркаций при стратегическом управлении развитием города как сложной нелинейной системой.
The purpose of the article is to investigate the essence of managing strategic development in the management system of complex nonlinear systems (by the example of a city as such system) in the context of fundamental project management and program management methodologies. The methodology of project management is analyzed about the place that strategic management takes in them. From this perspective, standardized, adaptive, and combined methodologies for project and program management (PMBoK, P2M, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) are considered. Special attention is paid to the study of the influence of the external environment on a complex nonlinear system from the point of view of a synergetic approach. The main part reveals the existing trends in expanding the scope of project management and the processes of integrating project management with modern methods and tools of other management disciplines from the point of view of the theory of synergetics. The application of the Euler method to the definition of the bifurcation zone in the strategic management of the development of the city as a complex nonlinear system is demonstrated.
