АНАЛІЗ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ ПРОЕКТУ СТВОРЕННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА З ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ ЛІТАКІВ В ЕКВАДОРІ

Повітряні судна є надскладними машинами, тому їх технічне обслуговування є складним і поділяється на чимало типів. Від складності обслуговування залежатиме і організація бізнесу з обслуговування повітряних суден, місце розташування такого підприємства, а також дозволи, які необхідно отримати. В Еквадорі представлені державні та приватні підприємства, причому державні підприємства мають кращий рівень технічного персоналу та ширший перелік технічних сертифікатів, які дають їм змогу обслуговувати більшу кількість (за моделями) повітряних суден. Відсутність належного обслуговування може призводити до серйозного негативного впливу на бізнесову діяльність авіакомпанії, яка володіє чи користується літаком, наданим у лізинг. Структура підприємства з обслуговування літаків визначатиметься, серед іншого, видом обслуговування літаків. Це може бути окремий підрозділ в рамках аеропорту, окреме підприємство або підрозділ заводу-виробника. Тож перед підприємством, що надає послуги з обслуговування літаків, стоятимуть ризики управління персоналом та високий рівень контролю над здійсненими роботами з обслуговування.

Воздушные суда являются сложнейшими машинами, поэтому их техническое обслуживание является сложным и делится на многие типы. От сложности обслуживания будет зависеть и организация сервиса по обслуживанию воздушных судов, место расположения такого предприятия, а также разрешения, которые необходимо получить. В Эквадоре представлены государственные и частные предприятия, причем государственные предприятия имеют лучший уровень технического персонала и более широкий перечень сертификатов, которые дают им возможность обслуживать большее количество (по набору моделей) воздушных судов. Отсутствие надлежащего обслуживания может привести к серьезному негативному влиянию на хозяйственную деятельность авиакомпании, которая владеет или пользуется самолетом, предоставленным в лизинг. Структура предприятия по обслуживанию самолетов будет определяться, среди прочего, видом обслуживания самолетов. Это может быть отдельное подразделение в рамках аэропорта или отдельное предприятие, или подразделение в рамках завода-производителя. В любом случае перед предприятием, оказывающим услуги по обслуживанию самолетов, стоят риски управления персоналом и высокий уровень контроля над сделанными работами.

Aircrafts are complex machines, so their maintenance is complex and is divided into many types. Complexity of the service will determine the organization of the aircraft maintenance service; location of such an enterprise, as well as certain permissions to be obtained. In Ecuador state-owned and private enterprises are present, moreover state-owned enterprises have a better level of technical staff and a wider list of certificates that enable them to provide maintenance services to more aircrafts (referring to models of them). Lack of proper servicing can lead to serious negative impact on the business activities of the airline that owns or uses by way of leasing the aircraft. The structure of the aircraft maintenance company will be determined, particularly, by the type of aircraft servicing. It can be a separate unit within the airport or a separate enterprise, or a division within the manufacturer’s plant. In any case, a company providing airplane maintenance services will face personnel management risks and will need to provide a high level of control over the quality of maintenance works.
