У процесі діяльності проектно-орієнтованого підприємства використовується безліч інформаційних ресурсів, які формуються під час реалізації портфелів проектів та програм, створюються у процесі операційної чи виробничої діяльності підприємства або отримуються із зовнішнього середовища. Всі ці інформаційні ресурси застосовуються для виконання різних функцій, які наповнюють 4П-середовище. Запропоновано застосувати підхід до управління інформаційним ресурсом 4П-середовища. Суть використання цього підходу для управління інформаційними ресурсами полягає в тому, що створення та використання такого ресурсу розглядається як компонент функціональної надбудови, в якій концентруються інформаційні потоки інструментальних засобів управління проектами/програмами/портфелями з усіма атрибутами реалізації та компонентами системи управління. Адже при реалізації будь-якої функції управління необхідно планувати дії щодо отримання, переробки та передачі такого ресурсу в інші функції системи управління. Перспективою для подальших досліджень є вирішення задачі створення системи управління інформаційними ресурсами.

В процессе деятельности проектно-ориентированного предприятия используется множество информационных ресурсов, которые формируются при реализации портфелей проектов и программ, создаваемых в ходе операционной или производственной деятельности предприятия, получаемые из внешней среды. Все эти информационные ресурсы применяются для выполнения различных функций, которые наполняют 4П-окружение. В работе предлагается применить подход к управлению информационным ресурсом 4П-окружения. Суть использования этого подхода для управления информационными ресурсами заключается в том, что создание и использование такого ресурса рассматривается как компонент функциональной надстройки, в которой концентрируются информационные потоки инструментальных средств управления проектами / программами / портфелями со всеми атрибутами реализации и компонентами системы управления. Ведь при реализации любой функции управления необходимо планировать действия по получению, переработке и передаче такого ресурса в другие функции системы управления. Перспективой для дальнейших исследований является решение задачи создания системы управления информационными ресурсами.

In the process of activity of a project-oriented enterprise, many information resources are used, which are formed during the implementation of portfolios of projects and programs created during the operational or industrial activities of enterprises or obtained from the environment. All these information resources are used to perform various functions that fill the 4P-environment. The article proposes the creation of a conceptual foundation for the scientific and methodological basis of the functional 4P-environment of project-oriented enterprises, which includes the creation of information resource management models. It was determined that the creation of information resource management models for the functional environment of projects, programs and portfolio of projects and programs of project-oriented environment is an important area for scientific research. The issue of information resource management is very important from the point of construction of 4P-environment, since it will allow the information network to cover all the functions of this environment. Proceeding from this, the paper proposes to apply an approach to managing the information resource of the 4P-environment. The essence of using this approach to managing information resources is that the creation and use of such a resource is considered as a component of the functional superstructure, which concentrates information flows of project management tools / programs / portfolios and enterprises (in the part of the project activity) of others with all attributes of implementation and control system components. After all, in the implementation of any management function, it is necessary to plan actions for the receipt, processing and transfer of such a resource into other functions of the control system. The prospect for further research is to solve the problem of creating an information resources management system.
