Статтю присвячено побудові та обґрунтуванню оновленого методико-аналітичного інструментарію оцінювання, вибору та побудови продуктивної системи адміністрування портфелем проектів житлового будівництва, які реалізуються в єдиній операційній системі девелоперської компанії. Представлено модель програмно-цільової організації та управління конкурентоспроможністю територіально-відтворювальних систем в будівництві об'єктів житлової еконерухомості на мезорівні. Запропоновано змістовно-процесну схему інструментарію формування та адміністрування портфелем будівельних проектів девелоперської компанії.
Статья посвящена построению и обоснованию обновленного методико-аналитического инструментария оценки, выбора и регламентации производительной системы администрирования портфелем проектов жилищного строительства, которые реализуются в единой операционной системе девелоперской компании. Представлена модель программно-целевой организации и управления конкурентоспособностью территориально-воспроизводственных систем в строительстве объектов жилой еконедвижимости на мезоуровне. Предложена структурно-процессная схема инструментария формирования и администрирования портфелем строительных проектов девелоперской компании.
The article is devoted to the construction and substantiation of the updated methodological and analytical tools of assessment, selection and regulation of the productive system of administration by the portfolio of housing construction projects, which are implemented in the unified operating system of the development company. The model of the program-targeted organization and management of competitiveness of territorial-production systems in the construction of residential real estate on the mezo level is presented. Structural and process scheme of tools for formation and administration of construction projects portfolio of the developer company is proposed.
