Описано основні інформаційні взаємодії в процесі управління ресурсами портфелів проектів і програм. Розглянуто матричну модель управління ресурсами портфелів проектів і програм. Показано куб потреби в ресурсах для портфелів проектів і програм і їх виробництва в операційній діяльності підприємства. Виділено основні форми інформаційної дії/взаємодії.
Описаны основные информационные взаимодействия в процессе управления ресурсами портфелей проектов и программ. Рассмотрена матричная модель управления ресурсами портфелей проектов и программ. Показан куб потребности в ресурсах для портфелей проектов и программ и их производства в операционной деятельности предприятия. Выделены формы информационного взаимодействия/воздействия.
The basic information interactions in resource management project and program portfolios. Consider the matrix model of resource management project and program portfolios. Presented distribution matrix requirements for the projects, the relationship matrix operational tasks to projects and matrix production resources in operating problems. Submitted matrices form a cube resource requirements for project and program portfolios and their production in the operating activities of the enterprise, which includes such categories as: operating activities, projects and project portfolio. In a cube, affects the structure of the resource over time and across projects. The existence of three matrices using resources complicates the process of information exchange in the management, so the first thing solved the problem of interactions in the matrix model of resource management projects and programs. The basic nature of this interaction and consider their role in resource management project and program portfolios. These entities include: forms of interaction, forms of influence, resources, planning, prioritization, hierarchical relations between interacting subjects and objects. Showing the form of information interaction and impact.
