Розглянуто тестології стосовно до діагностики компетентності фахівців в галузі управління проектами, програмами і портфелями проектів. Результати застосування тестології демонструються на прикладі створення системи формування та оцінки компетентності фахівців управління великих програм і проектів ВАТ «ТНК- ВР».
Рассмотрены особенности применения тестологии к диагностике компетентности специалистов в области управления проектами, программами и портфелями проектов. Результаты применения тестологии демонстрируются на примере создания системы формирования и оценки компетентности специалистов управления крупных программ и проектов ОАО «ТНК-ВР».
Considered testology in relation to diagnostic competence of specialists in the field of management of projects, programs and portfolios of projects. The results of applying testology demonstrated on creating a system of formation and evaluation of competency management professionals of major programs and projects of JSC «TNK-BP».
