In this paper considered information structuring programs in higher education. There were studies of informational programs in higher education. Dedicated features these projects and show their influence on the course and results of the program information. The ways of building systems program management informatization universities to be effective in the case of Ukraine. It is shown that traditional approaches to solving the problems of information management applications to integrate the process of setting objectives and planning projects. But due to the complexity of informational programs to solve these problems without decomposing it into components that can effectively manage quite difficult. Therefore, the main idea this paper is that an increase in the efficiency of the university on the basis of a possible application of rational structuring of information. Features of the program information on the conditions of Ukraine, such as complexity, uncertainty, lack of funding, few specialists in the management of IT projects require new approaches to structuring program information.
