Досліджено відтоки грошових коштів у проектах реструктуризації. Детально досліджено такі відтоки грошових коштів: нарахування заробітної плати працівників підприємства та утримання з неї, орендна плата, витрати на відрядження, витрати, що пов’язані з відпусткою штатних працівників, оплата листа непрацездатності та інші витрати. Досліджено критерій цінності використання аутсорсингу в проектах реструктуризації.
Исследованы оттоки денежных средств в проектах реструктуризации. Детально исследованы следующие оттоки денежных средств: начисление заработной платы и удержание с нее, арендная плата, командировочные расходы, отпускные штатных сотрудников, оплата больничного листа и другие расходы. Исследован критерий ценности использования аутсорсинга в проектах реструктуризации.
The restructuring projects will be realized successful if the project managers conduct an audit and make the diagnostics in the company. The author researched negative and positive cash flow in the restructuring projects where using outsourcing. The outsourcing is the instrument which will be able to minimize costs in the restructuring projects. The main target of this article is to identify negative cash flow in the company for apply to the decision which will be able to use better instruments. The instruments will be able to be insourcing, outsourcing, outstaffing, and freelancing in the projects. The author researched a lot of costs such as salaries of employees, rental expenses, holiday pay, costs of business trips, and costs of temporary invalidity, etc. The costs of insourcing, outsourcing, outstaffing, freelancing are defined in the projects. The criterion of the value of outsourcing will be able to be used the total costs which tend to minimum. When companies use the outsourcing in the project, they will be able to get the positive cash flow.
