Розглянуто застосування динамічних показників, які характеризують напрямок та інтенсивність зміни у часі досліджуваної ознаки, в розробці моделі для оцінки успішності проекту на основі визначення відношення зацікавлених сторін до самого проекту та зміни такого відношення під впливом певних дій.
Рассмотрено применение динамических показателей, которые характеризуют направление и интенсивность изменения во времени исследуемого признака, в разработке модели для оценки успешности проекта на основе определения отношения заинтересованных сторон к самому проекту и изменения такого отношения под влиянием определенных действий.
The application of dynamic parameters in the designed model was considered to evaluate the success of the project by determining the attitude of stakeholders in the project and change this attitude by certain actions. The dynamic parameters, which are used in the model characterize the direction and intensity of the change in time of the tested feature. The developed model itself allows us to see trends and identify patterns of relevant stakeholders in aspects of a project. Also, the model makes it possible to understand the importance and feasibility of the project as a whole. In case there is a lack of positive attitude from the side of the stakeholders towards the project the model provide the possibility to choose the appropriate action to ensure the continued success of the further project implementation. One of the important conditions to determine if the project is viable and successful is to ensure full support by all stakeholders. Therefore, monitoring and analysis of relevant stakeholders in the project is highly relevant research questions.
