The approach of creation of flow values in the possession of Kanban in the implementation of software development projects. The proposed model is minimal useful functionality to apply Kanban methodology in creating information and communication systems. The process of developing system is divided into n-number of Minimal Marketable Feature (MMF). The number n depends on the complexity of the system. MMF form a minimal set of stories that can, after their implementation, provide income to the owner in a particular niche market or to supplement an existing system at certain stages required functionality, creating value in the form of added functional value as the new assets, for ownership and knowledge. The development of the functional value is provided by several improvement steps.
