Розроблено математичну модель вимог до освітньо-кваліфікаційної характеристики та освітньо-професійної програми відповідно до освітнього проекту підготовки фахівців у галузі інформаційної безпеки. Модель дає змогу ефективно планувати навчальний процес, визначати основні компоненти ОКХ і ОПП, які складаються з дисциплін і відповідних компетенцій, що взаємодіють між собою.
Разработана математическая модель требований к образовательно-квалификационной характеристике и образовательно-профессиональной программе согласно образовательного проекта подготовки специалистов в области информационной безопасности. Модель позволяет эффективно планировать учебный процесс, определять основные компоненты ОКХ и ОПП, которые состоят из дисциплин и соответствующих компетенций, взаимодействующих между собой.
Conditions of creating departmental flexible training in the field of information security (IS) were analyzed at the Universities of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) with special learning environment . This system is based on the principles of modern higher education realized in the "Bologna Declaration in Higher Vocational Education of Ukraine". These principles are based at competency approach that involves close collaboration of cognitive labor market and institutional schools. A mathematical model of the requirements for the components industry standard of high education of Ukraine (ISHEU) was developed according to the educational project of training the IB at the Universities SESU with special learning environment. This model allows effectively managing the learning process, identifying the basic components of educational qualification characteristics (EQC), and educational and vocational programs (EVP), which consist relevant disciplines and competencies, demanded that interact with each other. Principles of modules and blocks formation of content modules were determined that allows specify a list of required competencies. This model allows you to compose balanced educational courses of normative part ISHEU according to the educational project training in information security at the university SESU with special learning environment.
