Розглянуто поняття ризиків, змін і проблем у проекті, що тісно взаємопов'язані між собою і можуть виникати одночасно. Аналізується їх спільна негативна дія на показники проекту, що призводить до появи у проекті явища синергізму.
Рассмотрено понятие рисков, изменений и проблем в проекте тесно взаимосвязанных между собой и могут возникать одновременно. Анализируется их общее негативное воздействие на показатели проекта, что приводит к появлению в проекте синергизма.
Risks, changes and problems in the project are closely interrelated and may occur at the same time, that’s why it is necessary to analyze their combined negative effect on the indexes of the project. At such moments of time, when there are several events at the same time, there is a synergistic effect, and the main task is to reduce it in case of a negative effect and therefore, an increase it in the case of a positive one. In the connection with this, there is an application considered for integrated (joint) management of risks, problems, changes in project of the mathematical tool, which is used in synergetics (the theory of dynamical systems, theory of random processes), which is important in the conditions of internal and external instability and uncertainty, in which complex investment projects are being implemented today. Thus, due to the integrated management of "diseases" of the project that is based on the conceptual and mathematical models of integrated management of the "diseases" of the project, the synergism of the management will appear in the project. This means that synergistic effect of the integrated management of "diseases" of the project will consist in simultaneously obtaining of the best final of indicators such as reducing the additional costs of finance, time and quality in projects from the onset "diseases" of the project and losses on management of "diseases", so the benefit from the integrated management of risks, changes and challenges of the project, taking into account their mutual influences and relationships, must exceed the benefits of the classical control of only project risks.
