ФОРМУВАННЯ УЗАГАЛЬНЕНОГО ЗВОДУ ЗНАНЬ З УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ

Сформовано узагальнений звід знань з управління проектами. Звід знань побудовано на основі керівництва PMBOK з використанням стандарту ISO 21500, plan driven методології PRINCE2, керівництва SWEBOK, а також Agile методологій SCRUM, XP, Канбан. Цінності і принципи зібрані в чотири групи, які стосуються: окремого члена команди, взаємодії членів команди, продукту проекту, технології роботи команди. Розглянуто життєві цикли PMBOK, XP, Канбан. До традиційних типів організаційних структур управління проектами: функціональної, матричної, проектної, комбінованої додана оболонкова організація. Проаналізовано ролі та відповідальності в розглянутих стандарті, керівництвах, методологіях. Складено таблицю ролей і відповідальності узагальненого зводу знань.

Сформирован обобщенный свод знаний по управлению проектами. Свод знаний построен на основе руководства PMBOK с использованием стандарта ISO 21500, методологии PRINCE2, руководства SWEBOK, а также Agile методологий SCRUM, XP, Канбан. Ценности и принципы собраны в четыре группы, касающиеся: отдельного члена команды, взаимодействия членов команды, продукта проекта, технологии работы команды. Рассмотрены жизненные циклы PMBOK, XP, Канбан. К традиционным типам организационных структур управления проектами: функциональной, матричной, проектной и комбинированной добавлена оболочечная организация. Проанализированы роли и ответственности в рассматриваемых стандарте, руководствах, методологиях. Составлена таблица ролей и ответственности обобщенного свода знаний.

Анотація (англ):

To manage a complex, expensive or responsible project, it is advisable to create its methodology, which would best take into account the specific of the project, qualification of the team, and features of the environment. The goal is to form a generalized body of knowledge in project management of the most widely applied and recognized standards, guidelines, and methodologies among professionals. Such body of knowledge can be applied for the synthesis of methodology for managing a particular project. The body of Knowledge is built on the basis of PMBOK Guide by using the standard ISO 21500, methodology PRINCE2, SWEBOK Guide as well as Agile methodologies SCRUM, XP, and Kanban. The values and principles are collected in four groups related to: individual team member, interaction of team members, the project product, and project team work technology. The life cycles of PMBOK, XP, and Kanban are considered. In this work hollow corporation was added to the traditional types of organizational project management structures: functional, matrix, projected, and combined organization. The roles and responsibilities were analyzed in considered standard, guidelines, and methodologies. Roles and responsibilities table of the generalized body of knowledge was presented. As a result, the generalized body of knowledge in project management, containing the values, principles, life cycles, organizational structures, prescribed role and responsibility of a number of existing standards, guidelines, and methodologies was collected.
