Визначено актуальність розвитку знань як основного специфічного ресурсу нової економіки, індивідуальність заходів та інструментаріїв побудови інноваційних процесів виробництва та трансферу знань. Представлені результати дослідження розвитку освітньо-професійної сфери та підприємницьких структур України. Запропоновано інтеграційний підхід розвитку інноваційного процесу. Розроблено стадії інтеграційного інноваційного процесу.
Анотація (рус): 
Определена актуальность развития знаний как основного специфического ресурса новой экономики, индивидуальность средств и инструментариев построения инновационных процессов и трансфера знаний. Представлены результаты исследования развития образовательно-профессиональной сферы и предпринимательских структур Украины. Предложен интеграционный подход развития инновационного процесса. Разработаны стадии интеграционного инновационного процесса.
Анотація (англ): 
For the last decade knowledge, intellectual recourses have gained a special importance in the economic development. That is why a certain transformation of the organization mechanisms and knowledge management structures which are directed to their commercialization is taking place. The key factor in the providing the innovation knowledge in the condition of the global economy is higher educational establishments and research organizations. The article presents the results of the investigation of the development of educational and professional sphere and entrepreneur structures in Ukraine which reflect a low level of their relationships. That is why the introduction of the advance foreign experience of knowledge production, especially American one, which takes place in Ukraine due to the support of the state and society, and their implementation into the business development will be able to solve a number of tasks of the innovation development of our country. As a result, the integration approach which is oriented to the organization of the coordinated and purposeful interaction of the subjects has been suggested. Such a management must provide balancing of the expenses on knowledge production with their input into the production processes and services. And at the same time the innovation processes must meet the peculiarities both of the higher educational establishments and economic and financial possibilities of the state and regions. The article presents the stages of the development of the integration innovation process and correspondence with the conventional stages of the development of the innovation process in the project activity.
