Одним із ключових факторів, які дослідники та практики розглядають як першопричини провалів, проблем та відхилень від планових показників у проектах, є недооцінювання процесів управління зацікавленими сторонами. Недостатня формалізація процесів стейкхолдер-менеджменту у проектах та обмеженість кількісних методів аналізу зацікавлених сторін та їх вимог є двома основними проблемами, на які звертають увагу дослідники. Проаналізовано розвиток підходів до управління зацікавленими сторонами проектів та організацій з 1984 по 2017 роки. Проведено відповідний аналіз інструментарію теорії зацікавлених сторін. Показано необхідність вдосконалення кількісних методів аналізу зацікавлених сторін проекту та їх вимог, зокрема, необхідність впровадження багатовимірного ресурсного оцінювання. Представлено напрями подальших досліджень, реалізованих авторами.
Анотація (рус): 
Одним из ключевых факторов, которые исследователи и практики относят к первопричинам провалов, проблем и отклонений от плановых показателей в проектах, является недооценка процессов управления заинтересованными сторонами. Недостаточная формализация процессов стейкхолдер-менеджмента в проектах и ограниченность количественных методов анализа заинтересованных сторон и их требований являются двумя основными проблемами, на которые обращают внимание исследователи. Проанализировано развитие подходов к управлению заинтересованными сторонами проектов и организаций с 1984 по 2017 годы. Проведен соответствующий анализ инструментария теории заинтересованных сторон. Показана необходимость совершенствования количественных методов анализа заинтересованных сторон проекта и их требований, в частности, необходимость внедрения многомерного ресурсного оценивания. Представлены направления дальнейших исследований, реализованных авторами.

One of the key factors that researchers and practices relate to the root causes of failures, problems, and deviations from project performance indicators is the underestimation of stakeholder management processes. Insufficient formalization of stakeholder management processes in projects and limitedness of quantitative methods of stakeholder and their requirements analysis are two of the main problems that researchers are paying attention to. The purpose of this article is to conduct a critical analysis of the approaches and tools for managing relations with project stakeholders in the dynamics. The development of approaches to the projects’ and organizations’ stakeholder management from 1984 to 2017 has been analyzed. An appropriate analysis of the stakeholder theory toolkit was conducted. The necessity of improving the quantitative methods of analysis of the project stakeholders and their requirements, in particular, the need for multidimensional resource assessment, is shown. The directions of further researches, realized by authors, are presented. For the practical application of the results of such studies it is necessary to expand the range of evaluated indicators and carry out a multi-dimensional analysis of stakeholders, with the possibility of taking into account the branch affiliation of the project. This is especially true for projects that are characterized by a large number and variety of stakeholders.
