Анотація (укр):

Ця робота присвячена вивченню менеджменту проєктів сталого розвитку неприбуткових організацій у ризиковому оточенні. У сучасному світі неприбуткові організації виконують важливу роль у розв'язанні соціальних проблем та досягненні сталого розвитку, проте вони часто зіштовхуються з небезпеками та викликами. Менеджмент проєктів сталого розвитку є ефективним інструментом для досягнення мети і місії неприбуткових організацій в умовах ризику та нестабільності. Він включає в себе планування, реалізацію та контроль проєктів, спрямованих на досягнення соціальних цілей і забезпечення сталості результатів. У пропонованій роботі розглянуто моделі і методи менеджменту проєктів сталого розвитку, які допомагають зменшити ризики та максимізувати позитивний вплив проєктів неприбуткових організацій. Також розглянуто стратегії управління ризиками, використання інноваційних практик та залучення зацікавлених сторін. Виконано огляд і аналіз основних принципів сталого розвитку, таких як взаємозв'язок, довгостроковість, задоволення потреб, збереження екосистем, превентивний підхід, участь та співпраця. Визначення та розуміння цих принципів дає змогу організаціям впроваджувати сталі практики, забезпечуючи збалансований розвиток і враховуючи потреби майбутніх поколінь. Розуміння цих принципів також допомагає організаціям уникати негативного впливу на навколишнє середовище та суспільство, сприяючи створенню стійких і благополучних умов для всіх. Результати цієї роботи допоможуть розширити розуміння проєктного управління в контексті неприбуткових організацій, а також надати рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження менеджменту проєктів сталого розвитку в ризиковому оточенні.

Анотація (англ):

This work is devoted to the study of the management of sustainable development projects of non-profit organizations in a risky environment. In today's world, non-profit organizations play an important role in solving social problems and achieving sustainable development, but they often face dangers and challenges. Management of sustainable development projects is an effective tool for achieving the goal and mission of non-profit organizations in conditions of risk and instability. It includes planning, implementation and control of projects aimed at achieving social goals and ensuring sustainability of results. This paper will consider models and methods of management of sustainable development projects, which help to reduce risks and maximize the positive impact of projects of non-profit organizations. Risk management strategies, use of innovative practices and stakeholder engagement will also be considered. A review and analysis of the main principles of sustainable development, such as interconnectedness, long-termism, satisfaction of needs, preservation of ecosystems, preventive approach, participation and cooperation, was carried out. Defining and understanding these principles allows organizations to implement sustainable practices, ensuring balanced development and taking into account the needs of future generations. Understanding these principles also helps organizations avoid negative impacts on the environment and society, contributing to a sustainable and prosperous environment for all. The results of this work will help to expand the understanding of project management in the context of non-profit organizations, as well as to provide recommendations for the effective implementation of sustainable development project management in a risky environment.
