ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ВИМОГИ ДО ПРОЕКТУВАННЯ АДАПТИВНОГО МОБІЛЬНОГО НАВЧАЛЬНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА

Анотація (укр):

Розглянуто механізми модернізації освітньої системи вищої освіти в Україні, у тому числі особливості застосування інформаційних систем для дистанційної освіти. Окреслено теоретико-методологічні вимоги до проектування високотехнологічного адаптивного мобільного навчального середовища. Запропоновано модель комплексної системи адаптивного мобільного середовища за допомогою засобів Інтернет-технологій, яка на відміну від традиційної моделі дистанційного навчання, дасть змогу розв’язати задачу вибору індивідуальної траєкторії процесу навчання та оцінювання студента.

Рассмотрены механизмы модернизации образовательной системы высшего образования в Украине, в том числе особенности применения информационных систем для дистанционного образования. Определены теоретико-методологические требования к проектированию высокотехнологичной адаптивной мобильной учебной среды. Предложена модель комплексной системы адаптивной мобильной среды с помощью средств Интернет-технологий, которая, в отличие от традиционной модели дистанционного обучения, позволит решить задачу выбора индивидуальной траектории процесса обучения и оценки студента.

Анотація (англ):

The article discusses the mechanisms of modernization of the educational system of higher education in Ukraine, including the features of the use of information systems for distance education. Theoretical and methodological requirements for the design of high-tech adaptive mobile educational environment are defined. The proposed model of an integrated system of adaptive mobile environment by means of Internet technologies, which, unlike to the traditional model of distance learning, will solve the problem of choosing an individual trajectory of the educational process and student assessment.
