ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ КЛАСТЕРІВ ЯК МЕХАНІЗМІВ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНИХ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИХ ЦІЛЬОВИХ ПРОГРАМ

Анотація (укр):

Наведено основні проблеми розвитку інтеграційних об’єднань, зокрема регіональних будівельних кластерів, в умовах інтеграційних процесів. Описано теоретичний розвиток таких інтеграційних об’єднань крізь призму розвитку економічних систем в цілому з врахуванням системного підходу. Розглянуто концепцію квазіінтеграції будівельних кластерів з урахуванням форми державно-приватного партнерства. Для підвищення ефективності управління об’єднанням в інтеграційних умовах запропоновано використання концепції контрактів життєвого циклу з метою реалізації інвестиційно-будівельних проектів.

Приведены основные проблемы развития интеграционных объединений, в том числе региональных строительных кластеров, в условиях интеграционных процессов. Описаны теоретическое развитие таких интеграционных объединений сквозь призму развития экономических систем в целом с учетом системного подхода. Рассмотрена концепция квазиинтеграции строительных кластеров с учетом формы государственно-частного партнерства. Для повышения эффективности управления объединением в интеграционных условиях предложено использование концепции контрактов жизненного цикла с целью реализации инвестиционно-строительных проектов.

The main problems of the development of integration associations, in particular, regional building clusters, in the conditions of integration processes are presented. The theoretical development of such integration associations is described through the prism of the development of economic systems in general, taking into account the system approach. The concept of quasiintegration of construction clusters taking into account the form of public-private partnership is considered. In order to increase the efficiency of management of associations in the integration conditions, it is proposed to use the concept of life cycle contracts with the aim of implementing investment and construction projects.
