У сучасних турбулентних умовах існування бізнес-середовища, які визначаються глобалізацією економіки, зростанням рівня конкуренції, динамічними змінами, що пов’язані з інноваційними технологіями, організації стикаються з проблемою швидкої адаптації до нових викликів. Стаття присвячена аналізу проєктного та процесного підходів в управлінні організаціями з акцентом на їхні переваги і можливості їх інтеграції задля досягнення ефективності й адаптивності бізнесу. На основі аналізу наукових досліджень і публікацій відмічено, що проєктний підхід фокусується на реалізації короткострокових та чітко визначених завдань, тоді як процесний підхід зорієнтований на постійну оптимізацію діяльності через удосконалення операційних процесів. Розглянуто основні переваги й обмеження кожного підходу, а також акцентовано увагу на потенційних можливостях від їх взаємодії. Для наочності у статті наведено порівняльну таблицю, яка чітко відображає основні аспекти кожного підходу. Інтеграція проєктного і процесного підходів уможливлює організаціям поєднати переваги обох підходів, що забезпечує адаптивність до швидкозмінюваного середовища, підвищення результативності управлінських процесів та успішності проєктів, зберігаючи стабільність і ефективність у повсякденних процесах. Результати дослідження ілюструють, що комбіноване використання процесного та проєктного підходів забезпечує синергетичний ефект і створює умови для гнучкого й ефективного управління в умовах сучасної конкуренції.
In today's turbulent business environment, which is characterized by economic globalization, increased competition, and dynamic changes associated with innovative technologies, organizations face the problem of rapid adaptation to new challenges. The article is devoted to the analysis of project and process approaches in organizational management with an emphasis on their advantages and the possibilities of their integration to achieve business efficiency and adaptability. Based on the analysis of scientific research and publications, it is noted that the project approach focuses on the implementation of short-term and clearly defined tasks, while the process approach is oriented towards the continuous optimization of activities through the improvement of operational processes. The authors consider the main advantages and limitations of each approach, and also emphasize the potential opportunities from their interaction.For clarity, the article provides a comparative table that clearly reflects the main aspects of each approach. The integration of project and process approaches allows organizations to combine the advantages of both approaches, which ensures adaptability to a rapidly changing environment, increases the effectiveness of management processes and the success of projects, while maintaining stability and efficiency in everyday processes. The results of the study illustrate that the combined use of process and project approaches provides a synergistic effect and creates conditions for flexible and effective management in modern competition.
