Показано, що впровадження системи управління проектами є необхідною умовою розвитку компанії в постійно змінюваному оточенні. Завдяки гнучкому підходу при впровадженні системи управління проектами компанії можуть розвивати систему управління проектами під свої потреби і потреби бізнесу.
Показано, что внедрение системы управления проектами необходимое условие развития компании в постоянно изменяющемся окружении. Благодаря гибкому подходу при внедрении системы управления проектами компании могут развивать систему управления проектами под свои потребности и потребности бизнеса.
The introduction of project management is necessary condition for development of the company in a constantly changing environment. Thanks to the flexible approach to implementation of project management system, companies can develop a project management system to fit their needs and the needs of business. The flexible approach implies a phased implementation of key areas of the project management and allows to gradually developing of the project management corporate culture. Each following step advances the previous tested results in real projects implemented using the developed methods and approaches. This will allow the determination of the requirements for the system in the future phases based on the real needs of the project management company. Flexible approach can be used for the implementation of corporate project management system provided insufficient funds for classical approaches to implementation, since most of the tasks for implementation is being implemented in the company that provides the results of the adoption and implementation of the system and its successful development.
