Розглянуто проблему оптимізації виробничої програми за допомогою методів теорії нечітких множин. Наведено приклад нечіткої лінійної оптимізаційної моделі виробничої програми підприємства із гнучкими обмеженнями виробничих ресурсів. Обґрунтовано необхідність і доцільність впровадження в практику роботи підприємств даної моделі.
Рассмотрена проблема оптимизации производственной программы предприятия с использованием методов теории нечетких множеств. Приведен пример нечеткой линейной оптимизационной модели производственной программы предприятия с гибким ограничением производственных ресурсов. Обоснована необходимость и целесообразность внедрения в практику роботы предприятий данной модели.
The article is devoted to the review of existing and development of new approaches to optimization of production plans of industrial enterprises. It were done analyses of advantages and disadvantages of optimization by one criterion of the production program of the industrial enterprise. The problem of optimization’s enterprise’s production program by means of fuzzy sets theory methods is considered in the article. The fuzzy logic methods for constructing the model of production program of the industrial enterprise are adapted. It were developed methodical fundamentals of fuzzy linear optimization of intra-industrial plans of the industrial enterprise. Fuzzy linear optimization’s model of the enterprise’s production program is considered as an example. The model of mathematical optimization of production plan, when unit’s standard costs and restrictions on inventory are set as fuzzy numbers, is developed. The necessity and expediency of introduction in practice of their work for this model are substantiated.
