ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ ПРИЛАДОБУДІВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Розглянуто інтеграцію інформаційної системи управління ресурсами і системи бухгалтерського обліку приладобудівного підприємства. Така інтеграція дозволяє створити актуальний план управління ресурсами підприємства, який доступний не тільки фінансовому департаменту приладобудівного підприємства, але і офісу управління проектами, технологам, логістам і т.д. Інтеграція здійснюється через створення проміжного файлу, в який імпортується звіт із системи бухгалтерського обліку та експортується в інформаційну систему управління ресурсами. Зазначено, що при інтеграції системи управління ресурсами з багатьма системами підприємства виникають проблеми з формуванням єдиного списку номенклатури. Зазначено, що на сьогодні є потреба для розробки нових моделей і методів інтеграції інформаційних систем підприємств.

Анотація (рус):

Рассмотрена интеграция информационной системы управления ресурсами и системы бухгалтерского учета приборостроительного предприятия. Такая интеграция позволяет создать актуальный план управления ресурсами предприятия, который доступен не только финансовому департаменту приборостроительного предприятия, но и офису управления проектами, технологам, логистам и т.д. Интеграция осуществляется путем создания промежуточного файла, в который импортируется отчет из системы бухгалтерского учета и экспортируется в информационную систему управления ресурсами. Отмечено, что при интеграции системы управления ресурсами со многими системами предприятия возникают проблемы с формированием единого списка номенклатуры. Отмечено, что на сегодняшний день есть потребность в разработке новых моделей и методов интеграции информационных систем предприятий.

Анотація (англ):

For today it is difficult to provide activities of the modern companies without application of special information systems. But the information system can't be considered as something autonomous, and is always a part of the big mechanism under the name "enterprise information system" therefore the question of integration of enterprise information systems is urgent. The author offered to consider integration of the information resources management system (PRP-system) and financial accounting system of the instrument-making enterprise. The purpose of integration of PRP-system and financial accounting system is production planning without manual data migration from one system to another. The result of integration is "Resource list" which is available not only for financial department of the instrument-making enterprise, but also for project management office, technologists, logisticians, etc. Integration is performed through creation of the intermediate file to which the report from financial accounting system is imported and data are exported to the information resources management system. It is allocated that in case of integration of a resource management system with many systems of the enterprise there are problems with forming of the single list of the nomenclature. It is noted that today there is a requirement for development of new models and methods of integration of information systems of enterprises.
