Анотація (укр): 
Оптимізація ресурсів в аутсорсингових IT-компаніях давно вивчається [1; 2], але стає надзвичайно важливою в умовах високої невизначеності ринку та швидких змін. Невизначеність ринку, спричинена економічною нестабільністю, технологічними інноваціями, змінами в законодавстві та змінами вимог клієнтів, створює значний ризик для компаній [3]. За таких умов ефективне управління ресурсами стає ключовим фактором конкурентоспроможності. Сучасний ринок IT-послуг характеризується високою невизначеністю та швидкими змінами. Нестабільність економіки, постійні технологічні нововведення, зміни в законодавстві та вимоги клієнтів створюють комплекс ризиків для аутсорсингових IT-компаній. Це підвищує важливість оптимізації ресурсів, оскільки ефективне управління ресурсами дає змогу знижувати витрати та забезпечувати гнучкість компаній. Дослідження підтверджують, що використання сучасних технологій для оптимізації ресурсів підвищує ефективність і конкурентоспроможність компаній [4; 5]. Інструменти автоматизації та аналітичні системи допомагають швидко адаптуватися до нових викликів, знижуючи час на рутинні завдання та підвищуючи точність рішень. Системи управління проєктами, такі як Microsoft Project та Primavera P6, оптимізують планування та використання ресурсів, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності виконання завдань. Ефективне управління ресурсами включає впровадження єдиних інформаційних платформ для централізованого збирання, аналізу та відображення даних. Це забезпечує прозорість процесів, знижує ризики помилок та підвищує точність прогнозування ресурсів, що допомагає оперативно реагувати на зміни і приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення. Автоматизовані звіти та моніторинг у реальному часі скорочують час на аналіз даних, підвищуючи продуктивність команди та забезпечуючи актуальною інформацією керівництво для стратегічного планування. Отже, в сучасних умовах оптимізація ресурсів за допомогою технологій є критично важливою для аутсорсингових IT-компаній. Ефективне управління ресурсами знижує витрати, підвищує гнучкість та адаптивність до змін, що сприяє конкурентоспроможності компаній на глобальному ринку IT-послуг.
Анотація (англ): 
The optimization of resources in outsourcing IT companies has been extensively studied ("Особливості автоматизації управління проектами за допомогою спеціалізованих програмних продуктів," Lavrentieva L.S., 2010), but it becomes critically important in conditions of high market uncertainty and rapid changes. Market uncertainty, driven by economic instability, technological innovations, legislative changes, and shifting client demands, creates significant risks for companies ("Y. Lanskykh, D. Pomohaibo, Y. Huba, Optimization challenges of resources in IT outsourcing companies in uncertain market conditions, 10 pages," 2023). Under such conditions, effective resource management becomes a key factor in competitiveness. The current IT services market is characterized by high uncertainty and rapid changes. Economic instability, constant technological innovations, legislative changes, and client demands create a complex risk landscape for outsourcing IT companies. This elevates the importance of resource optimization, as effective resource management allows for cost reduction and enhances company flexibility. Research confirms that the use of modern technologies for resource optimization increases the efficiency and competitiveness of companies ("The Impact Of Automation In Project And Resource Management," Robin Waite, 2024, "Automate Project Management to Enhance Efficiency," Makeitfuture.com, 2024). Automation tools and analytical systems help quickly adapt to new challenges, reducing time spent on routine tasks and increasing decision accuracy. Project management systems such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 optimize resource planning and utilization, contributing to improved task execution efficiency. Effective resource management includes the implementation of unified information platforms for centralized data collection, analysis, and display. This ensures process transparency, reduces error risks, and increases resource forecasting accuracy, enabling rapid response to changes and informed managerial decision-making. Automated reports and real-time monitoring reduce data analysis time, enhancing team productivity and providing management with up-to-date information for strategic planning. Thus, in modern conditions, resource optimization through technology is critically important for outsourcing IT companies. Effective resource management reduces costs, and increases flexibility and adaptability to changes, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of companies in the global IT services market.
