Об'єктом дослідження роботи є процеси та технології формування гармонізованого інформаційного освітнього простору. Одним з найбільш проблемних місць у зв'язку зі стрімким, вимушеним через складні обставини в Україні, переходом до дистанційного або змішаної форми навчання, останнім часом відбувається зміна концепції розвитку вищої освіти. При цьому, в складних умовах роль інформаційних технологій (ІТ) стрімко зростає. Доступність, гнучкість та зручність інформаційних систем (ІС) має забезпечуватися через удосконалення наявних та розроблення нових технологій, здатних підтримувати як виконання основного навчального процесу, так і інших бізнес-процесів (БП) закладів вищої освіти. Під час дослідження проаналізовано та використано наявні види дивергенції і конвергенції у технічних галузях. Розроблено конвергентно-дивергентну методологію з врахування показників привабливості, прибутковості, цінностей, компетентностей та індикаторів успіху. Здійснено класифікацію ознак моделей, методів та ІТ-управління стратегічним розвитком закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО). Визначено можливість впровадження запропонованої конвергентно-дивергентної методології гармонізації зрівноваженого освітнього простору. Отримані результати розробленої методології гармонізації зрівноваженого освітнього простору впроваджені в ЗВО за ціннісно-компетентнісним підходом. Активне використання наявних програмних засобів формування БП дистанційного навчання за останні два роки виявило значну кількість реальних проблем, на які раніше, в умовах стаціонарного навчання, майже не зважали. Всі ці аспекти формують реальну потребу в розробці нових моделей для створення інформаційних систем формування освітнього простору.

The object of research work is the processes and technologies of forming a harmonized informational and educational space. One of the most problematic places in connection with the rapid, forced by difficult circumstances in the country, transition to distance or mixed form of education, lately, is a change in the concept of the development of higher education. At the same time, in difficult conditions, the role of information technology (IT) is growing rapidly. Availability, flexibility and convenience of information systems (IS) should be ensured by improving existing and developing new technologies capable of supporting both the implementation of the main educational process and other business processes (BP) of higher education institutions. In the course of the research, existing types of divergence and convergence in technical fields were analyzed and used. A convergent-divergent methodology was developed, taking into account indicators of attractiveness, profitability, values, competences and indicators of success. A classification of features of models, methods, and IT management of strategic development of higher education institutions (HEIs) was carried out. The possibility of implementing the proposed convergent-divergent methodology for the harmonization of a balanced educational space has been determined. The obtained results of the developed methodology for the harmonization of a balanced educational space are implemented in higher education institutions according to the value-competency approach. This ensures that the active use of available software tools for the formation of BP of distance learning over the past two years has revealed a significant number of real problems that were almost ignored before, in the conditions of stationary training. All these aspects form a real need for the development of new models for the creation of information systems for the formation of educational space.
