В умовах сьогодення впровадження новітніх інформаційних технологій стає запорукою комфортного існування людини в суспільстві. Одним з головних результатів їх використання є збільшення та підвищення якості послуг, які можна надавати через Інтернет, що своєю чергою призводить до необхідності швидкого перетворення і забезпечення умов цифрової трансформації в різних сферах діяльності людини. ІТ-індустрія, як і більшість інших сфер діяльності людини, активно й ефективно використовує моделі, методи та інструменти методології управління проєктами. Зважаючи на те, що планування і реалізація будь-яких проєктів, зокрема й ІТ-проєктів, відбувається в умовах мінливості та невизначеності, які своєю чергою характеризуються великою кількістю ризиків, тому актуальним є розроблення і вдосконалення інструментів проєктного керівника для управління ризиками з врахуванням загроз та можливостей. У цій роботі запропоновано метод управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів з урахуванням загроз та можливостей. Розглянуто також дослідження науковців з питань управління ІТ-проєктами в різних сферах діяльності та управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів, і засвідчили, що наявні праці можуть бути використані для розроблення моделей, методів та інформаційної технології управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів з урахуванням загроз та можливостей, але вони не зовсім враховують особливості цієї сфери. Авторами розроблено метод планування управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів з урахуванням загроз та можливостей. У цьому дослідженні розглянуто питання управління ризиками в проєктах, зокрема складові процесу управління ризиками, а також стратегії реагування на невизначеність, загрози та можливості. Підвищення якості надання послуг з розробки інформаційних технологій та необхідність підвищення конкурентоспроможності й ефективності системи управління ІТ-компаніями вимагає ґрунтованого вивчення й аналізу саме застосування проєктного підходу до управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів. З метою забезпечення ефективності управління пропонується застосування управління ризиками ІТ-проєктів з урахуванням загроз та можливостей.
Анотація (англ): 
In today's conditions, the introduction of the latest information technologies becomes a guarantee of a comfortable human existence in society. One of the main results of their use is the increase and improvement of the quality of services that can be provided via the Internet. Which, in turn, leads to the need for rapid transformation and provision of conditions for digital transformation in various spheres of human activity. The IT industry, like most other spheres of human activity, actively and effectively uses models, methods and tools of project management methodology. Considering the fact that the planning and implementation of any projects, including IT projects, takes place in conditions of variability and uncertainty, which in turn are characterized by a large number of risks, therefore it is urgent to develop and improve the project manager's tools for risk management, taking into account threats and opportunities. In this paper, a method of risk management of IT projects is proposed, taking into account threats and opportunities. Research by scientists on IT project management in various fields of activity and IT project risk management was also considered, which showed that existing works can be used to develop models, methods and information technology of IT project risk management, taking into account threats and opportunities. but do not fully take into account the peculiarities of this sphere. The authors have developed a method of planning risk management of IT projects taking into account threats and opportunities. This study examines project risk management, including the components of the risk management process, as well as strategies for responding to uncertainty, threats, and opportunities. Improving the quality of information technology development services and the need to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the management system of IT companies requires a thorough study and analysis of the application of the project approach to risk management of IT projects. In order to ensure the effectiveness of management, it is proposed to apply risk management of IT projects taking into account threats and opportunities.
