The article discusses the basic principles of managing the project of developing a mobile application for booking cash currency in a bank institution for the purpose of its subsequent purchase. The question is raised about the central phenomenon in society – money, market relations – where the focus is on money and some functions that are complicated, changing or dying, and instead of them come new ones that are more adequate to the conditions that have developed in relation to money. During the existence of society, one of the important functions of money remains the function of circulation and the function of accumulation. And accordingly, such a concept as money became the concept of currency, "world currency" and is one of the indicators of the economy of any country in the world. You should pay attention to such an issue as buying currency and the advantages of using this tool to buy cash currency. The lack of information about the most profitable rates for buying and selling currency, for citizens of Ukraine and citizens of other countries staying on the territory of Ukraine, prompts the process of fixing the cost (rate) of buying cash currency, booking the required amount of currency for purchase, and having a mobile application, which will help manage relevant information processes. With the help of the application, it is planned to be able to fix a favorable rate at a bank branch and exchange cash within a specified time (for example, a day). If the rate has changed by the time of the exchange, the reservation guarantees that the exchange will be carried out at the selected rate and all steps are recorded in the mobile application. The project on the development of the corresponding mobile application, the Trello software complex will be used to manage the project tasks, which allows you to display tasks organized in the form of cards on an interactive board and move them along the columns from "In the queue" to "Completed". The JSON format is optimally chosen for data transfer between the mobile application, the database and the bank - for storing and exchanging information. It is planned, in accordance with the development of the client base, to add the possibility of opening a card account to the mobile application by initiating the issuance of a payment card and/or opening a virtual account with the possibility of converting non-cash funds into cash and to open a service for the delivery of cash currency to the customer. Mobile applications of this direction are promising, taking into account the directions of expanding mobile application services as the client base increases and changes in the legal field of cryptocurrencies in Ukraine. Further research is the determination of the scope of work and the formation of the total cost of the project, the cost structure for the MVP(minimum viable product) and the determination of the break-even point.
