Анотація (укр): 
Стаття присвячена дослідженню цифрових технологій адаптації моделей організації будівництва до сучасних викликів, що включають економічні, екологічні та соціальні аспекти. Розглянуто ключові інноваційні підходи, такі як використання Building Information Modeling (BIM), цифрових двійників, Інтернету речей (IoT) та хмарних платформ, які забезпечують інтеграцію всіх етапів будівельного проєкту. Особливу увагу приділено концепції інтегрованого управління, що дає змогу узгоджувати інтереси стейкхолдерів і підвищувати прозорість процесів. Запропоновано систематизацію методологій, які адаптують організаційно-технологічні моделі до умов цифровізації. Зокрема, проаналізовано методології Data-Driven Decision-Making, Smart Scheduling, Sustainability Metrics Integration та Digital Twin-Based Lifecycle Analysis. Визначено ключові індикатори ефективності (KPI), такі як точність прогнозів, ефективність використання ресурсів, енергоефективність та тривалість етапів проєкту. У статті акцентовано на впливі цифрових технологій на гармонізацію інтересів стейкхолдерів через інтеграцію даних та зменшення конфліктів. Показано, як використання цифрових платформ сприяє зниженню витрат, оптимізації управлінських процесів, підвищенню якості виконання робіт та забезпеченню стійкого розвитку. Окремо розглянуто роль SMART-цілей у формуванні стратегій для досягнення ефективності в будівництві. Результати дослідження спрямовані на вдосконалення підходів до організації будівництва через впровадження цифрових технологій, що адаптують моделі до змін середовища, забезпечуючи їхню довгострокову стійкість, гнучкість і конкурентоспроможність. Стаття є актуальною для науковців і практиків, зацікавлених у трансформації будівельної галузі.
Анотація (англ): 
The article investigates digital technologies for adapting models of construction organization to contemporary challenges, including economic, environmental, and social aspects. Key innovative approaches are examined, such as the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital twins, the Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud platforms, which integrate all stages of construction projects. Special attention is paid to the concept of integrated management, which aligns stakeholder interests and enhances process transparency. A systematization of methodologies is proposed, adapting organizational and technological models to the digitalization context. Specifically, methodologies like Data-Driven Decision-Making, Smart Scheduling, Sustainability Metrics Integration, and Digital Twin-Based Lifecycle Analysis are analyzed. Key performance indicators (KPI) such as forecast accuracy, resource utilization efficiency, energy efficiency, and project phase duration are identified. The article highlights the impact of digital technologies on harmonizing stakeholder interests through data integration and conflict reduction. It demonstrates how digital platforms contribute to cost reduction, process optimization, improved execution quality, and sustainable development. The role of SMART objectives in forming strategies for achieving efficiency in construction is also explored. The findings aim to improve approaches to construction organization through the implementation of digital technologies that adapt models to environmental changes, ensuring their long-term sustainability, flexibility, and competitiveness. The article is relevant.
