У статті досліджено особливості управління проєктами цифрової трансформації, визначено ключові фактори їх успішної реалізації та ідентифіковано потенційні ризики, що можуть виникати в процесі інтеграції новітніх технологій у бізнес-моделі. Підкреслено важливість ефективної комунікації між усіма зацікавленими сторонами проєкту, включаючи керівництво, проєктну команду та кінцевих користувачів. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності управління змінами для подолання можливого опору персоналу впровадженню цифрових рішень. Розглянуто значний технічний аспект проєктів цифрової трансформації, що охоплює інтеграцію хмарних обчислень, штучного інтелекту, великих даних та автоматизації бізнес-процесів, як інструментів для підвищення ефективності моніторингу, прозорості процесів та оперативності прийняття рішень. Наголошено на ключовій ролі безпеки даних як одного з головних факторів успіху проєктів цифрової трансформації, зважаючи на значні ризики, що можуть впливати на їх результативність. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження організаціями надійних механізмів захисту інформації, своєчасного виявлення потенційних загроз та розробки стратегій їх мінімізації для забезпечення стабільності та ефективності трансформаційних змін. Узагальнено, що успішне управління проєктами цифрової трансформації є критично важливим для збереження конкурентоздатності та досягнення сталого розвитку організацій в умовах стрімкої цифрової еволюції. Доведено, що лише комплексний підхід, який поєднує стратегічне планування, ефективну комунікацію, управління ризиками та забезпечення безпеки даних, дозволить ефективно управляти проєктами цифрової трансформації, сприяючи їх успішній реалізації та забезпечуючи конкурентоздатність і сталий розвиток організацій в епоху цифровізації.
Анотація (англ): 
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of digital transformation project management, the success factors of such projects, and the risks that may arise in the process of introducing new technologies into the business model. Effective communication among project stakeholders, from management and project teams to end users, plays an important role. Considerable attention should be paid to change management, as staff resistance can be a barrier to the successful implementation of digital solutions. Digital transformation projects also have a significant technical component, which includes the integration of modern technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and business process automation. This integration contributes to the effective monitoring of task performance, increases process transparency, and ensures prompt decision-making. Data security is one of the key success factors for digital transformation projects, as this process is accompanied by significant risks that can affect its effectiveness. Organizations need to implement reliable information security measures and identify potential threats in a timely manner, as well as develop strategies to minimize them to ensure the stability and effectiveness of transformational changes. Thus, successful digital transformation project management allows organizations to remain competitive and achieve sustainable development in the face of rapid digital evolution. Only an integrated approach that combines strategic planning, effective communication, risk management, and data security will enable the successful and efficient management of digital transformation projects, allowing organizations to remain competitive and achieve sustainable development in the digital age.
